The hotel is conveniently located right at the bottom of the ski hill, close to all the action, making it ideal for a ski vacation. The rooms were clean and very comfortable with friendly staff. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be more perfect right at the bottom of the ski hill close to all the action. The rooms were comfortable and clean, though some extra care could be put into maintenance. The service was exceptional, with all staff from valet to bellman going the extra mile to ensure comfort. The dining experience, while good, had some pricey a la carte options. Overall, a great value for money with fantastic amenities and services.

The service was extremely friendly and helpful, even acknowledging my girlfriend's birthday with a sweet gesture. However, the proximity to the lobby and noisy divider doors made it hard for us to sleep. The attentive and friendly service from all staff members made our stay even more enjoyable, especially with great suggestions for rainy-day activities. The location offered a perfect balance of being close to the village yet peaceful at night.
